Slow and rude staff especially the middle aged short blonde woman at the tills who is rude and holds up the already slow moving queue to gossip with her friends or to check out her own groceries whilst people are queueing. Please give your staff proper training on customer care. There is also a taller elderly looking man who is also extremely rude... are they all from the same mould?

Get your tills to scan vouchers properly! Wasting my time.Slow moving queues and mostly unfriendly, rude staff - a lady named Eleanor in particular. There is one guy, whose name I haven't caught, that gives the store a bump to two.

Today while I was shopping with my mother we called into the Co Op to get a few things. However while we were there the security guard told my mother that she was "making a fool out of herself by carrying a bucket". My mother had just bought the bucket for doing house work. I think this man was very rude. As we proceeded to the checkout the woman on the till was rude too and she short changed us. We didn't realise she had short changed us until we got home. Never in all of my life have I met people so rude! I for sure won't be shopping again in that Co Op.

I love this shop as it is very well laid out (especially since lockdown) but some of the staff really pull it down. There are two older women who serve and unless you are good friends with them (and chat for ages as the queue builds) they make you feel so unwelcome. The rest of the staff are fabulous (including the post office) and so helpful but those two individuals really need some customer service training.
